A reminder that registration for the APT 2016 Biennial Conference (New York City, Friday 8 April through Sunday 10 April) is open online now. Registration online is open only until Thursday 10 March! Our theme is “Live, Move, and Have Being: Migration and Practical Theology.” The Biennial registration cost has not gone up from the last Biennial, and once again there is discounted registration for student members of the APT and for full APT members. There are a number of ‘extras’ at this Biennial, including a UN Tour and a UN Briefing on migration, a lunchtime lecture and tour at a graffiti/tattoo/hip hop studio, and more… not to mention three plenary sessions dealing with migration, and an additional 25 papers/presentations from our colleagues from a variety of contexts on various facets of migration and practical theology. It promises to be a robust weekend. Come learn with colleagues and enjoy New York City as well. Don’t forget to register by Thursday 10 March!
