In an effort to make what’s on the minds of practical theological scholars accessible to the general public, we’ve decided to start a new conversational series in our blogstream. In it, members of the Association will reflect informally on “What I have been …reading, researching, or teaching!” as a way of opening up current concerns, ponderings, and issues in the field. Our hope is that this will help provide a snapshot of what’s going on right now in practical theology, and that it will also provide a way to connect our members with a broader audience. We’re just shaping this new forum for interaction, so if you have questions or ideas for improvement, please contact our Publications representative on the Executive Committee, Katherine Turpin (kturpin@iliff.edu). Look for new posts on a regular basis, and see what is going on in the thinking, teaching, and research of your colleagues!
